If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE. The front desk and prescription refill staff is awful. They have no respect, do not want to be there, and you will never get your phone calls answered or prescriptions filled on time. They need to hire all new staff and train them.

If I could give ZERO stars, I wouold. While the doctor's, for the most part, are caring and compasionate, this place is run like a business and not a doctor's office. Communications is TERRIBLE!! Getting someone on the pphone is hard enough, but heaven forbid you have to get someone to call you back...they WON'T! I am a vet with 20 years of service and I suffer from PTSD. I was seeing Dr. Ashai for med managment. My company offered mail order perscriptions via Caremark, so I took advantage of that program. On my last refill, I was told that they (Caremark) couldn't refill my prescriptions anymore and I needed to contact my doctor. I tried for 2 weeks to get her on the phone and to call me back. Finially I tried to make an appointment. I called to schedule one and was told that she would not see me as a patient anymore. I asked for a reason and was told they would look into it and call me back. Nothing. Called back a week later and got the same damn run-a-round. I finally went it and asked. They STILL could not give me an answer. I asked to see another doctor, as I have now BEEN OFF MY MEDS FOR 3 WEEKS!!!!!! I was told I would not be able to see ANYONE at there...again, NO EXPLANATION!! They can all burn in HELL!! Great to see the Hypocratic oath in full effect here. I decorated vet, SUFFERING from PTSD and off my meds for 3 weeks. I would rather go to the damn VA at this point. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED HELP!!!!

Worst shrink I've ever had. Did not return phone calls even when situation was possibly life and death.
