Agree about the third degree re: returns. First time in sales perso was wonderful and I purchased several items. Two days later, second person (maybe owner?) was very harsh about my wanting to check out another size for comparison. I was actually thinking I would make more purchases as well but changed my mind after that encounter. Not sure if I will go to this Clay's again.

Though I loved Clay's the first time I went because the salespeople were very helpful and friendly, I was completely thrown for a loop the next year when the saleswoman nearly bit my head off for needing to make a return on defective merchandise. She told me, " You know we're not LL Bean." I won't buy anything from them again on my trips to New England even though I love the clothes.

Really like the clothing the displays and the service a rare find in 2011 it is NOT Macy's
