They sold us a bum saxophone that went in for repair twice. The second time they said the reason it didn't work was that we broke it. In our opinion, they are dishonest, sell shoddy used instruments and once they have your money, it's your problem and they don't mind being rude about it. Avoid this store like the plague. We were going to recommend to the school, but now we will make sure a letter goes in the PTA newsletter to avoid buying ANYTHING at Trade Up Music, you WILL regret it. Our expeirence was at the Division store, but since they are one business, I bet they all do the same thing.
