My sister and I get our mammograms here yearly ,probably for the last 5 years or so. The new facility is just for mammograms and is very nice. Women technicians . Short wait after checking in. friendly staff. What more can you ask for?

To Left Hanging, Tough situation for you as a pregnant woman, and for the staff at EPIC. Unfortunately, these results cannot be disclosed to you by the techs at EPIC or anywhere else, because they are not doctors. It's true they have doctors on staff, but medical protocol demands that the referring physician be the one to give patients their results. It's hard for us, as patients to have to wait.The nice thing that I have found at EPIC is that the result wait time is short. They offer results to my doctor within 24 hours and sooner, if my doctor requests it. Also, if they see something abnormal, they call my doctor right away.This is unusual for an imaging facility, and I appreciate the fast results A LOT. The staff has always treated me kindly, with professionalism and with genuine concern for me, as a person. I can't say enough nice things about EPIC. I will continue to drive from Eugene to have them perform all of my procedures. Thank you, EPIC for being a place I can depend on!

My visit to Epic was for an ultrasound, everyone was courteous and on time and the waiting area was pleasant. My only complaint is that nobody discussed my ultrasound results with me even though there is a doctor on staff. I left a nervous wreck and had to call me doctor, leave a message and wait for her to return my call. I thought this was poor way to treat a pregnant woman. My ultrasound turned out not to be positive so it seems like they just passed the buck in oder to not have a difficult conversation. I did not even get a copy of the scan and had to later call and request it be sent to my home. I had a lot of questions so it was difficult for me to get the answers second hand, I didn't like how that was done at all.

They provide good service and the test results have been very positive.
