I have been representing Maine workers and their unions for over 25 years. I do not represent employers or insurance companies, but instead focus only on helping employees in claims for: Social Security disability and SSI benefits, workers? compensation, unpaid overtime and other wage claims, and other benefits under State and Federal law. I also represent a number of labor unions, whose role is to improve employees? work lives through collective bargaining: only with a union contract are employees guaranteed fair treatment, just cause for discipline and discharge, and the ability to collectively improve their terms of employment such as wages, medical and other benefits, pensions, etc.
