I have been struggling with an employee in this office. I have been treated rudely and gotten the run-around. When I had questions about my cpap and the cuts behind my ears from the staps, The Staff member said to wrap the straps and put band aids behind my ears. Further questions got the answer "we don't make the product; read the book." I called the Baraboo office and was treated very nice and with respect. The staff member sent me a "ball-cap" strap system, answered my questions, and I have not had any further irritation or cuts. While out doing errands today, I stopped at the office to pick up a new mouth piece and was told that I cannot just stop in to pick up a supply without an appointment. Wish I could deal with someone else.

Terrible, never got a straight answer about my cpap machine and then after 20 minutes of being transferred to multiple different people I opted to leave a message which it says it didn't recognize the command. Then after calling back (4:55pm) I'm told its after hours and have to call back tomorrow.
