When North Shore Answering Service was started over 75 years ago, it was a small family run business catering primarily to local medical and commercial establishments. We stay in business because of the quality of our staff and the courteous "smile in the voice" service that they provide. We work closely with our clients to customize the service so that it provides value. Though we look very different today than when we took our first calls, we continue to be focused on customer care and on providing the highest quality of professional service to all our clients.
