My mother from CT sent me an arrangement for Easter and they were told that I had several errands to do that day and to leave it on my back lanai where it is shaded if I was not there. When I arrived home, they did NOT do what they were asked to do, instead, they left it in the hot Florida sun. When I opened it, the fruit was all wilted and the pineapple chocolate bunnies were dripping and disgusting. The owner refused to give back my mother her money since we could not reach her until after Easter and I did NOT want any more fruit since it was after the fact. The owner was rude and abrasive. Please take my advise and spend your hard earned money on something other than overpriced, mushy, wilted fruit!! (Hide)
