Dyson owner. Was not informed that dyson would fix my problem for free, a simple gasket replacement fixed the problem. However this place charged be $50 to do so, and they were extremely vague explaining where exactly the problem occurred. The entire interaction I was subjected to hearing how the owners loath Dyson...not because there is anything wrong with them...but because dyson doesn't allow them to resell a revamped vacuum for more than $200. The owner spent his whole interaction with my checkout complaining about why wouldn't I want to trade in my dyson for a bissel. ??? No thanks. Keep that junk of junk.

sadly I agree with you, the owner seems very angry, never happy, and not nice to his customers, find a better place to go.

One of the worst experiences I have EVER had with a retailer. The owner very condescending and flat out nasty, Brought my Electrolux vacuum to him twice in 3 moths to repair under factory warranty. In both cases this guys form of repair was replacing the bag, that was it. When I told him that his form of repair was not satisfactory he got even nastier. He told me that if I came into his shop he would call the police??? Man is a lose cannon, and even worse he speaks to women like they are beneath him. STAY AWAY! I filed a complaint with Electrolux.

They fixed my vacuum and the woman who works there is very efficient, but the owner is very abrupt and rude. I would go elsewhere.
