We have shopped here for years and the furniture we've bought has always been of the highest quality and at great prices too. They deffinately have the largest selection in town, if not Idaho, as they always have what we are looking for in stock. We have always had great service there. Thanks Carl! I am surprised at any negative reviews, because we have been customers for many years, and have ALWAYS received the best service & quality from Carl and his staff.. We have been very happy with everything we've bought from Sit n Sleep.

Car and his staff are great to work with! Bought a Tempurpedic last year, and came back yesterday for a new living room set. They had exactly what I needed, as usual. Wonderful service.

I purchased a sofa and two recliners on 4/27. The salesman told me they had one recliner in stock and would have to order a second one to be delivered in 4 weeks. The sofa came the next day, but the wrong recliner was sent. I called 4 1/2 weeks later, and he (same salesman) told me that they were just being shipped, and that it would be 10 more days. They called me three weeks later (6/20), right before I was going to call and cancel the order, and told me they'd be delivered that day at 4pm. The delivery was an hour late (would have been later but they had ME call their driver and ask to be moved up (WTF?!)). This time the driver had two of the wrong recliners.To summarize: Lied about ordering/delivery time, no communication with the customer, didn't ever get the right furniture. ONLY POSITIVE: The delivery driver, Jerry, is a great guy. He knew (and cared) more about my order than the sales person. Store was at fault for the delivery time discrepancy, not him.

I have bought several items from this store, all have fallen apart and not lasted well at all. They are impossible to deal with on warranty issues, and get offended and make personal insults when you try to have them make good on the item. I will never again buy anything from this store, nor would I recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They just string you along with lies, and half truths.

Bought a king sized tempurpedic bed from Carl. It was everything he promised and more. We love it! Can't recommend the product or the store staff highly enough!

I bought a Lane recliner that has heat and vibrate options and was told they "almost never" have any problems with them. I did. Within a couple of months, the heat and vibrate options stopped working. I called Maple St. Sit and Sleep and was told that the problem "usually" was in the control unit." (USUALLY? I thought they almost never had problems.) They said they would order me a new controller and let me know when it came in. A couple months later I called again and they said they had a controller come in but it must have went to someone else. When I complained that they could have let me know, I was told that they would be sure to keep me informed on what was going on. That was another couple of months ago and I've not heard a word from them. On another note, the padding is not very good on the chair, it tends to move around and the upholstery buttons are now starting to come off. I had my previous chair for over 30 years but I don't see this one lasting very long at this ra

Sooo Ive been sleeping like 4 hours a night (working wayy too much) but I always get up with a back ache and tired as hell. Well I got on the internet to find a solution and ran into www.sleepbook.com ; after filling out some info about sleeping habits, i read that thing and followed its suggestions, and also got a new mattress at sit n sleep (who sponsors the sleepbook) and ive been feeling muuuchh better. Sleep is much more important than I though haha..
