I had a great experience today at T & T Nail Spa. This was my second visit and I do plan to return. I stopped in on Saturday and they were extremely busy, Did not have time to wait. Lucky they are open on Sundays which worked out perfect for me, I went back today. They were not busy and the manicurist spent a great deal of time working on my nails. I was not in a rush, she apologized for the long 2hr appt., she took her time and was very thorough. Even got a neck & shoulder massage! Very relaxing and my nails look fabulous. Nice decor, clean, relaxing music, big screen TV. I'm glad I found this nail spa and will continue to support this local businesses

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I arrived in a great mood, left in a terrible mood. DO NOT GO HERE. The manicurist never said hello, the foot bath was dirty, she tried to reuse the towel from the previous customer, the bathroom had overflown... where does it end? Before my manicure, she takes my cash. I ask for the change and she says, "After." She began my manicure, and finished in five minutes- no massage, nothing. I said, "Doesn't this include a spa massage?" and she said "After, sorry forget." Hmm, most places give change immediately and give the massage before applying nail polish. She never cracked a smile and never acknowledged me. Then, she turns on a fan and says "Put hands front"... (put hands in front of fan, translated). I put my hands in front of the fan, wondering when the massage would start. It never did. In fact, she just gets up and leaves. No goodbye, nothing. She gets up, and leaves the building... No change back. I was screwed.

I highly recommend this nail spa for those of you wanting professional and natural looking nails on hands and feet. They offer a tranquil and soothing atmosphere for a relaxing enjoyable experience.
