I am always comfortable during my visits with Dr. Taylor. They never let me down at this dentistry!

I was very pleased with Dr. Taylor's office and his staff on hand. My hygienist was very caring and gentle. I appreciate this because my mouth is very sensitive and my previous dentist's office did not care for my suggestions at all. Plano Parkway Dental is wonderful.

This is actually one office I don't mind going over financing with. Dr. Taylor offered the sedation for free with my surgery, and also gave me a extra 50 bucks towards my account for referring my best friend. My best friend is so High Fear... She left the office in amazement! The office is clean, and staff look great and have great attitudes. The atmosphere is my best yet!!

The staff was excellenct and I love this office.

Everytime I have been, they always know me by first name and I feel very comfortable there. Everyone is so nice. I have been a patient of Dr. Jess Taylor for many years. Words can not describe the talent, dedication, precision, perfection, and kindness both Dr. Taylor and his staff exhibit the moment you walk in the door of his office. First of all, the staff did an excellent job of scheduling an appointment, and even emailed directions! The paperwork was a breeze, and all procedures and services were explained in detail before the process began. The office itself is a very nice environment, and made me feel at home. The process began with a consultation, and they even did before and after photos! The actual procedure only took two hours, and that included cleaning, and whitening. The office also offered additional services that were suited for my dental needs. After the procedure, my teeth were very sensitive, but the effects subsided after a few hours.
