Anytime I need anything done with my wedding rings I take them to Werner Jewelers. The staff is always extremely helpful and pleasant. Earlier this week I stopped in, just to drop my rings off to be cleaned and polished again. They suggested to get my white gold rings rhodium dipped, and it would take 2 days before I had my rings back. (I'm very hard on my rings, they were very dull and scratched all over!) After taking them to Werner's on Monday, I got a call on Tuesday that they were already finished! My rings have NEVER looked better! They are so bright and shiny and look brand new! I couldn't be happier. They told me my diamond was so loose it was about to fall out, and they went ahead and fixed that for me. I can't stop showing everyone my rings! In the past, I even had one of my bridesmaids take my engagement ring in the day of my wedding to be cleaned/polished, and they did it right there on the spot! Great customer service, great prices! I will only trust Werner Jewelers!

I went to Werner's to get a link taken out of my bracelet the other day, and could not be happier! The links were thick and welded together, but they gladly helped me out and gave me a perfect fit! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back!

I took my gold chain in this afternoon and expected to pay quite a bit to get a new clasp. To my delight, I was able to get a new one at a third of what I expected to pay, the customer service was excellent, and the repair was done immediately. I was in and out in less than ten minutes! I will definitely be back for more repairs in the future.

No other jewelry store that I have gone to in the last 25 years has the ability, knowledge, skill and personality to make me want to do business elsewhere. When I decided to buy a loose diamond engagement ring, the reputation and attitude of the jewler was the most important aspect of the purchase. I contacted Werner based on their reviews but Tim hooked me within a few seconds and never once strayed from his honest patient personal helpful approach.

I didnt want to be spoken down to or pressured and what I got from Tim was the sense that he had appreciation for his trade. Never the slightest bit eager or impatient he really made me feel like I was talking to a friend. As for the stone, with Tims guidance and a large selection to choose from, it receives more spontaneous compliments than anyting I've ever seen! It makes her absolutely glow, and you can't put a price on that.
