I went to McArdle several months ago for compression socks/stockings. That day it was a one-man show, wish I could remember his name, but talk about customer service! He knew a ton of information about them and even gave me an easier method to put them on. Highly recommended! Almost forgot to mention the selection -- truly impressive for size, brand and compression strength. Try them!

June 23rd, 2017 called and asked if carried Convaltec Perineal/Skin Cleanser. Lady said they carried Perineal/Skin Cleanser but by a company other than Convaltec. She said it had Aloe Vesta on bottle and confirmed it was a spray. I said O.K. I'll be there shortly. Bought two bottles from them. When got home saw that the product had Convaltec logo on botle side. Called to advise lady that product was not by another company but by Convatec. Man answered, said lady was in another part of store. I advised him that she was mistaken about product not being by Convaltec. (I don't know whether Convaltec is only distributor or also manufacturer.) . He adamantly said I was wrong about what I heard her say. I begged to differ with him. He insisted I was wrong. He was the gentleman sitting beside the lady when she spoke with me. Even if I was wrong, he should have not spoke with me so rudely. If he is a smart businessman he should have just said thank you for calling. and that would have been the end of it. Instead I file complaint about his rudeness. It is a family owned business. I suspect the lady was his wife. Been in business 54 years and still a mom and pop operation.By the way, Super pages has two ratings listed for this company and they look like almost duplicate wording. Look at the wording on them. Then were filed in 2014. Is their rating only 2 stars?

This place has horrendous service...not just bad, it's truly horrendous! Everything they have done since I ordered a part for my father's lift chair has been messed up. I paid in advance and was unfortunately stuck dealing with their awful service. When I spoke with the owner, all I really wanted was an apology instead Dan said, "You got your pound of flesh, what more do you want?" Really? Because I told you how horrendous your company's service department is? Not even an apology? Just a nasty response...Please go anywhere but to McArdle Surgical!

They will help you with the supplies you buy,esp if this is a first time buy. Also, they will help assist with all the involved paper work that may be needed. Supplies reasonably priced.
