My mom has been there since Dec. 28, 2012 for med adjustment. While the staff & doctors have done a great job getting mom back to where she should be for discharge, there is a lack of communication with the "case manager" that I dealt with. She represented her self as the social worker and as time went on as we moved to mom's discharge she was just the nurse as she put it. She was very lax in returning calls even as important as a call she said she would make to a receiving facilty who wanted to interview mom to see if they could work with her as she has dimentia. Never followed for appts she set and when set we would wait no less than 2hrs for the meeting to review mom's progress. Would make statements that conflicted with the reports of the on floor nurses and psychiatrist. Very unprofessional. Lacked knowledge of the disease and mom's responses to issues. She was supposed to be the liason to help us find a suitable place; I went over her head and contacted the social worker.
