We had used an old family friend in the past, but had learned that she retired. We knew Kim Henderson from high school and had heard that she was in real estate. We decided to go with her over one of our family members who is also in real estate. Kim has a great personality and we trusted that she would get the job done, and she did just that in less than 48 hours of house being listed! Yes, that is right; we received a bid in less than 48 hours of our house being on the market for our asking price! We of course accepted and closed exactly 4 weeks after our house was listed. Throughout the entire process the perfect realtor is on your side advocating for your best interest. The perfect realtor is not afraid to be honest and give realistic advice, especially to folks buying their first home. Kim Henderson IS the perfect realtor.
