Had gutters that were falling down and asked for estimate to replace and cover with gutter helmet system. Took almost 3 months for work to begin but originally had been told 45 days. They put gutter helmet covers on all the existing gutters and called after they did the work to ask what to do about the ones falling down. When we called, they said we didn't choose the right item on their estimate form, but we did select the most expensive option and it was not clear on the form. No one called to clarify what we wanted, but we clearly asked for gutters to be replaced because gutters had fallen down on 3 sides of our house. It then took another 2 months for workers to come and take down their old work and replace all the gutters. A place where the gutters met at 90 degree angle was then observed to leak profusely right in front of our back door, and had not been sealed at all. Again we had to call and wait about another month for that to be repaired. While we were waiting for the gutter to be sealed, we were called and asked to pay the final 50% of the bill. We said we would pay when the job was done. They stated that billing is separate from service and that we were expected to pay in full immediately (which we didn't until they fixed the seal). We are satisfied with the gutter system but this company is not good to deal with. A bad experience! Beware!!
