The worst moving experience ever! They were very unprofessional, one person disappeared during moving for more than a... (More) The worst moving experience ever! They were very unprofessional, one person disappeared during moving for more than a half hour, laughing after they dropped our possessions (unbelievable), working slowly to extend moving hours!!! We moved most items other than furniture by ourselves before moving in order to reduce moving cost. It took 5 hours to move last year with much more stuff, so we expected max 4 hours this time, but ended up 7 hours!! These people made many dents on our washer, broke our buffet drawers (they didn't wrap the furniture so they dropped it on the ground!), ruined our sofa, dropped my printer from the truck, lost bed legs, completely broke halogen lamp into two pieces, and there are so much more. Also they BROKE OUR NEW HOUSE!!!! They peeled off the paints, made tons of scratches everywhere, and MADE A BIG HOLE ON THE WALL!!!!!!!!!!!! When my husband tried to make claims over the phone, they redirected over and over again, finally disconnected!!! It is the worst!! (Hide)
