Charles was a pro when it came to re-caulking our tub and shower surround. Transformation is the key word here. After Charles removed all of the old moldy caulking, he applied a fresh coat along all the seams. The surround now looks brand new. Hat's off to a job well done.

Our 1950's colonial kitchen needed a lot of help and Charles had the knowledge and craftsmanship to create a beautiful new kitchen. Uneven walls, bad electricity, and European appliances threw a monkey wrench into things, and Charles handled it like a true Pro. Five stars all the way!

I hired Charles to do some very small jobs around the house that my husband and I just don't have time to do because of our busy careers. At first I was concerned the jobs were too small, but Charles graciously handled the list of about 8 small tasks within a couple of hours and was very reasonably priced. I was very pleased with his work and will be utilizing his services again in the future since we have many more projects to get done.

I had three things to fix in order to sell my condo. I had a crack in my plaster wall, a loose faucet, and a broken closet light fixture. Charles fixed each of them and used his time well. As the plaster was drying, he worked on the other two projects. He even gave me advice on how to fix a loose tile in the bathroom. I really appreciated his professionalism and ability to do so many different types of work. I will certainly recommend him to everyone.

Charles of C.K. Remodeling & Design did a marvelous job remodeling my kitchen. Having this be the first time I ever had a contractor do work inside my home, I felt like one of those characters on an HGTV show. Charles alleviated me of all my fears of pursuing a major remodel by clearly and patiently explaining the whole process. Charles utterly delivered on everything, from quality of work to sticking within my budget and timeline. I am still overcome with joy and appreciation. My morning routine has now come to be sitting in the breakfast nook with a cup of coffee to admire the remarkable work he did.

Excellent service! Chuck installed two window air conditioner units; one in bedroom and the other in the living room. He also put up a ceiling fan in each room to better circulate the air. I am so thankful for his prompt service, since the past few days have been a really hot and muggy. Highly recommended.

Happy with the repairs. We got our daughter a new puppy and it had chewed all of the wood trimwork around the bottom of the living room windows. Apparently, we are not the first to experience this type of incident. Having dogs of his own, Chuck completely understood the situation. Not only did he redo the trimwork for us, but he also provided us with a few suggestions of how to prevent the incident from happening again. So far, so good. When Charles replaced a few cracked floor tiles in our kitchen, both my husband and I were surprised that he was able to successfully match the color of the existing grout. This minor detail was very important to us, because we have an open kitchen and we didn't want there to be an area of the floor that looked different than the rest. Hat's off to a job well done.

Very Pleased! Charles of C.K. Remodeling and Design did a beautiful job on my bathroom renovation. I purchased most of the materials ahead of time, however, I purchased the wrong bathtub and had to return it. Charles kindly resolved that issue for me, as well as finding me a whirlpool tub that fit the space perfectly. And, when I changed my mind about fixtures, he didn't skip a beat, but just recalculated and completed the job. Charles did a fantastic tiling job on the floor and the wall. The bathroom is gorgeous. He also did some small things around the house while he was there. I have several more projects in mind and I will be calling him again for sure.

A local favorite who is highly recommended due to his extraordinary skills of transforming something old and worn into something refreshingly new. My pantry room had suffered severe water damage on the ceiling and walls. Chuck installed a new beadboard ceiling with crown molding, and replaced the damaged walls with new drywall. He added a new light fixture and cover plates, and then gave the room a fresh coat of paint. It looks gorgeous now! I've hired Chuck several times for many projects over the past two years. Again, he exceeded my expectations.

My wife decided her mother was going to move in with us, so we needed to make our basement into a functional living space and add a small bathroom. This was a huge project to undertake because there were several challenges involved, especially with the plumbing. Once the plumber was finished with his part, Chuck came in and had the framework and drywall up for the bathroom and other living areas in no time. What was supposed to be a utilitarian bathroom turned out to have a gorgeous spa-like feel to it. We were beyond belief. He was very mindful of her difficulty to get around and installed several handrails to accommodate her needs. The space was divided up quite nicely to make it feel more like an apartment than a basement. He also did a super job with ensuring plenty of closet and storage space for her stuff. Overall, it turned out great. We couldn't be happier.

Chuck of C.K. Remodeling did an amazing job on my breakfast bar. I was going to install a traditional island in the kitchen, but his suggestion of a breakfast bar intrigued me. I'm glad I listened to him, because I now have both extra storage space with the built-in cabinets and additional seating for the kids to eat their cereal in the morning (instead of in front of the tv, lol). Awesome Job!

He took care of a few handyman projects around the house. He was punctual, reliable, dependable, talented, and very quick to finish - - with no mess. I highly recommend him!
