This Chili’s use to be great. Fast service, good food, friendly staff. Past couple years it has been horrible EVERY time me and my family eat there. Last night, arrived at 7:30 pm. Was told there was a 30 minute wait. Ok, no big deal. 45 minutes go by. Oh it’s gonna be another 30 minute wait. We can clearly see open tables in the restaurant that have been open for 10 minutes plus. Staff just stands around with hands in their pockets. I don’t think they know what urgency means. Finally after over an of waiting, we get seated. 10 minutes later our waitress shows up, so we order alcoholic drinks (beers in bottles). Order our appetizer as well. Appetizer come out 20 or so minutes later. Then our entrees finally start coming out, THEN, we get our bottled beers we ordered 30 minutes ago. It took us about 2.5 hours just to eat from the time we arrived from the time we left.

Long story short, we know this Chili’s has been on a down hill slide for some time now but we go here cause it’s local. After this last experience, we will be driving to Little Rock for Friday night meals.

The Chili's in P.B. has always had great food & sevice every time we go. I eat there at least 1x a month...we LOVE it..thanks :)

The Kim that works the bar has the worse attitude and service. Very rude to customers and ignores people. New management is terrible. A lot of kids running a restaurant ,,, not knowing what they are doing.

3 out of 5 times it is a bad experience. Wrong food after long waits. Feels like we are forgotten about with no sign of our waiter for over 15-20 minutes.

If you are used to the service at other Chili's you will be disappointed in the Chili's in Pine Bluff. Inside is ok but the Chili's to Go is really sad. Orders are consistently incorrect.
