No problem with agent, but very unhappy with State Farm. Had a bad experience with adjustor trying to settle on accident. Very poor communication and slow.

My wife was rear ended by a State Farm customer in April and they have been giving us the run around on medical bills since. I would never recommend State Farm, there in it to collect as much money as possible and don't care about anything else.
