Just asked them to leave after quoting me almost triple the price they quoted over the phone and on their ads. I guess the economy is tough so they send out a hard-sell guy along with thier carpet cleaner, he claims that there are all these "chemical damages" from "other carpet cleaners" but if you pay a bunch more all the suddent they can clean it.
