Buyer Beware with this company. I referred a family member to this company for a tile job in a brand new home. Within... (More) Buyer Beware with this company. I referred a family member to this company for a tile job in a brand new home. Within 2 years most of the tile had proceeded to pop up. According to this company, it was the cheap tile that was used, or the cement hadn't dried, blah, blah, blah,..... how convenient it was that there was only a 2 year warranty ? Upon further investigation, (we had to remove tile ourselves) it was apparent that there must have been adhesive shortage due to the lack of it on both the floor and tile itself, didn't take a rocket scientist to determine the reason for the tiles to pop up. Juvenile worksmanship to say the least. Was out at the house recently and a marjority of the grout was dried away, cracked, and basically falling apart. My suggestion would be to utilize American Discount Flooring only if you want to know "How NOT to" do a decent job". It's companies like this that give the small business owner a bad name. (Hide)
