I called and was told I could rent a truck for just under $30. I thought that was a decent deal, and ended up... (More) I called and was told I could rent a truck for just under $30. I thought that was a decent deal, and ended up putting the car on my credit card, for a friend to drive, both of us have insurance that will cover on a rental car. When we arrived, nothing was ever said about insurance coverage, except the fact that the company didn't provide it. There was the rental charge, a cleaning charge, and another of $10.95, which I assumed was tax. When I returned the car the next day, there were more charges added, and tax, when I asked about the charge of $10.95 from the day before, I was told it was for insurance. I informed the guy that both of us were covered on our policies for rentals. He proceeded to tell us we didn't show him coverage, and I said I had mine in the car, and if that would have been explained the day before I would have driven. And that the other charges weren't explained either. He became rude, ordered me off the property and ended up cursing and calling me names.  (Hide)
