This place is a fraud - charged $300 out of pocket (on top of insurance billed @ $160)...for an eye exam and 'fitting' for contacts my daughter didn't even receive! Canceled contact order, demanded they mail us the RX and refund all $$ charged to her, their extremely rude response was they were keeping $110 for a 'fitting fee'...on top of the eye exam! So, insurance is billed $120 for exam, AND they bill us for $110 a 'fitting fee' for contacts WE CANCELED and she NEVER ORDERED! How can you be fitting for contacts YOU DONT HAVE??? putting in a complaint with insurance company and reporting this place as a fraud. Please take my review into account, go ANYWHERE else but here - they are most definitely cooking the books over there...

I had a very different experience than the people below, as did my husband. We waited for 10 minutes, maybe, but I did not see any amount of waiting by anyone reviewing that was unusual for an appointment. Anyway, we were seen in a reasonable amount of time, treated very well and I love my new glasses. My eyes no longer feel strained, so it was a fair assessment of what I needed. I will definitely be back! I hope you will take my review into account.
