What a GREAT addition to Center City yoga scene. Lots of space, great teachers, knowledgeable and helpful. Just what we needed!

Beautiful space and extremely well-trained teachers! As a long-time Anusara practitioner, I'm impressed by the YogaHour classes, which pack a lot in without compromising a dedication to healthy alignment.

I shared an amazing advanced practice this morning with owner/instructor Justicia DeClue and a diverse group of yogis in a range of ages, colors, sizes. Justicia teaches this class from her mat, doing the poses right alongside us all, and she encourages real time feed back and questions, instructs on correctly practicing and solidifying basic poses, and introduces advanced poses. Justicia teaches this class perfectly enough for attendance by intermediate level yogis to well beyond advanced level practitioners. And she's only ONE of the great instructors Maha has to offer. Almost as important, most certainly super cool is the beauty of the center city location, with handmade furniture by owner/instructor Shawn DeClue. Come check out yogahour for $7 just to see it. Beginners: check out a Basic or Open Levels class. If you're truly ready for good yoga, you will not be disappointed.
