Ever since I joined their insurance group as a customer over three years ago they have shown me nothing better than perfection. They contact me every six months to notify me of my renewal and have gotten me a lower rate everytime. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon and when I buy my first house I will being going to them for homeowners insurance just because I am that satisfied. The employees treat you like a new prospect every time you call even if your calling to report a claim. I have sent all my friends and family to them.
