Nice store, however, recently whenever we go in they never have the size we need. Whether it is boots for my husband or school schools for my son. They really need to bump up the inventory.

I don't know if these are the employees posting reviews or not but my order was mysteriously cancelled and $ still held on my card & they asked me why I cancelled. I was calling to confirm shipment date! Supervisor, Fran was hesistant to give his name saying he was only in for THAT DAY! At this point, I felt scammed & he was not helpful to alleviate that concern. When I asked when $ would be credited if they were legit, he said I'd have to wait for an answer til following day! Who, feeling as if they're being scammed, would be able to stand the suspense?! He spoke very rash and acted as if I inconvenienced him. He blamed the problem on a billing issue after I threatened to escalate issue and said PC guy wasn't returning calls. I told him I wouldn't mind to hold, he scoffed & said, "I am very busy, I can't take time out to do that." To me, if you want business(or in "Fran's" case, want to be a supervisor of sucessful business, there must be good customer service which this store lacks

Staff is well trained, informed and very helpful. They always have what we need in stock. I wish the Archdiocese of Philadelphia would let DiGulios carry all of the required student uniforms.

They are willing to go above and beyond for there customers.
