(More) They made a half-hearted attempt to remove the old dryer. i was had to and was able to remove it myself. I paid 50 for delivery/removal. They let you know they don't install the new appliance but then they make a bunch of stipulations on the "free" removal once they get there. Because if they have to make any effort to remove the appliance, it becomes a "free courtesy" removal that they are under no obligation to carry out.When i called to express my dissatisfaction i was yelled at and told that he was in the business for many years and that basically i was being unreasonable. So much for the customer being right and making a little effort to do a job well. (Hide)

He called back promptly...came when he said he would come...gave a fair price....when he fixed something it was FIXED...when he could not fix it he said so ....Highly recommend...was a pleasure to deal with!!!!
