      Carter's Jewelry is NOT Mississippi’s friendliest jewelry store.... Their staff is NOT experienced nor very knowledgeable. I would not recommend them to anyone!

      Very unfriendly customer service! I will never shop at carters ever again!! It also took them 5+ days to get a ring back to me after I told them I DID NOT want to use their services anymore

      I brought my wife wedding ring in for repair! Was told repair should take 2 weeks & I would be called when completed! I called after to weeks & still not repaired! I waited another 4 weeks & still no call so I called them! Ring is ready! Went to get ring & was never offered a discount for the delay! This is the 3rd time they have repaired this ring! I WILL NOT use their services any more!
