This guy is a straight up dirtbag. Do Not Use!

Didn't even show up to replace my windshield for a week straight.

my windshield had a small crack i wanted to repair it. they came to my house to see it. it was about 6 inches long. it was to big to repair this company told me it would have to be replaced and they told me to wait until the cold weather stops or if the crack gets worse. this is the first time a company didnt push me to do the job now. i will call this company when i am ready and i will speak highly about them.

i called on sunday they answered gave me a price and on monday at 10 the job was done. excellent work fast service

the day of the blizzard i broke my back glass this company met me at the shop at 8 at night to put the car inside the shop. the car was fixed the next morning this company is great to deal with no one else answered the phone at night. good job and great work

Would not use again.. the person i spoke to on the phone promised me a lifetime warranty. When my windshield leaked no one was around to take care of me. I researched this company after the work was done and saw 8 Better Business claims against this company. Do Not Use!!

They are hidden reviews the owner puts up himself. Blue Diamond is ran by a guy who does not know hot to treat customers fairly. He is all about profit and himself over doing the right thing. People who run companies like he does should not be in business at all. Stay away from Blue Diamond and trust me on this one.

i called this place at 8 at night the owner met me at the shop so i could lock up my car in the shop so the door glass could be fixed early in the morning at this time no other company even offered to do that good job

this company explained everything to me and did a great job very professional good job

I was quoted once price and charged an additional adhesive charge and tacked on fee.s if your willing to pay 50-60 more then your quoted on the phone then i guess call this company.

If I could give this place 1/2 star that would even be too much. Seemed courteous and helpful via telephone, then you get your car in there and BAM. They did a horrible job and then tried to blame it on any and everything. I went back and forth to their shop and the problem still exists. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this place. Wish I would've looked on the Better Business Bureau's website prior to calling them. I completely understand why they have a F rating. Now I have to find someone with a brain that can fix my window and actually back up their workmanship. Blue Diamond is Garbage, Garbage, Garbage....

Well all I can say is they maybe the cheapest guys around but you get what you pay for...buyer beware...I had them do a replacement of a windshield on my classic car and the guy who installed it ruined the molding that had to go back into the frame...the owner said they would replace it and now almost two years later I am still getting the run around from him...I learned my lesson never do business with a company who will not take credit cards...no recourse if the work is bad...I guess I'm the one who need to take action now and put a lean on the business...so no stars for this company...if they are still in business...
