I hired Chester Fuller as an attorney for a case in which he did nothing for me. Every input that had legal findings behind them he would brush them off. He did not try to work out a deal that I proposed, which is very important because this is our life at the end of the day he is the person benefiting regardless. He was paid on time every time a very high fee over 7500 and an agreement was reached due to the opposing sides scheduling with another case, HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND WAS A HORRIBLE ATTORNEY he still want another payment calling them some type of closing fees He should really retire i dont know if he is just to old or never had it in him DO NOT HIRE as said in another comment your money will just be in the air If there was a way to report him I Would.

I honestly have no idea what you are talking about with these comments. My wife and I had a great experience. He was prompt, made sure he understood our situation, and fought hard to help us. I have recommended him every time I get the chance.

Once again Chester - I loook out here and other websites to contact you - I have tried your office, I have tried your email and I have talked with your secretary - You are trying to take me to court over an owed amount, but you will not show me the bill and you will not give me details other than the $800+ that I owe you. So again, why is it $1200.00 and where is the bill!?!?!? So, I will continue to post online until you find some way of answering my request before we go to Court in December! Ted B.

All involved, I recently heard about this in an email and I just wanted to offer up my 2 cents worth of advice. From what I read, this guy is a bad lawyer and should have been fired back in June. I dont know the details but it sounds as if this guy fell asleep on the job. sicko Just google, you will find tons of information on how to file suit against a moron such as this. Wow! No Kidding! I have used his services about 3, well maybe 4 years ago. He was true to his word but yes, I will also agree with you. I would never use him again!
