They set a date time for technican to come out; but on that day they called an said technican was
on two weeks... (More) They set a date time for technican to come out; but on that day they called an said technican was
on two weeks vacation. My friend who lives two miles down the road from me had a technican at
his house the very same day. two weeks later when techican came it was the techican that was
at my friends house two weeks before. Tech. told me I need parts on brand new tv. Two weeks
later store called an said the parts were sent to MO. vice IL.; So I called myfriend down the road
who told me if I had any more problems (because I am a women an give you a run-around) He will
go to store with me. So he and I went to store in Davenport.Iowa an ask for the manager; and I
jumped all over him and said if I did not get a new tv now my next stop was my lawyers office.
I was tired of the run-around since January an this was March 22nd. I have told every person I
know and any one I meet never to do business with American and I will never do business with
