Was there last night walked around whole store looking for what I needed. When I make it to the checkout I was only person that needed to be waited on. But had to wait on the staff to get finished taking selfies with a dog. They saw me and never said a word. After their photo shoot finally asked if I needed help and I said yes I would love to check out. I will not be back.

NEVER EVER shop at the Petland on Davis Hwy. I stopped by this morning to pick up something for my rabbit and they had a dead baby bunny laying in one of their cages. I had to get the attention of one of their six idle employees and point it out to them. He picked it up and walked away without saying a word to me. The store had been open for almost 2 hours which leads me to believe that they didn't check on the welfare of their animals this morning. I will never go back and I hope you choose to buy your pet supplies and pets from a real pet store that cares about their animals.

I will never, ever EVER invest in a dog from here again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid purchasing from this location . We purchased our newest member the beginning of April, he was fresh out of surgery "for eating rocks." And super skinny. Not only did the sales person forget half of our puppy kit, having to go back and get the rest, I followed up with the vet as recommended and he told me his surgery wasn't because of rocks, it was due to a severe inflammation and infection of his intestines. After further research and reaching to the EM community, I found out APRI is bogus, it's not a legitimate company like AKC, they may "partner" but the registry is garbage. I google mapped the address of the "breeder" and my pup was a puppy mill neglected dog that was 6 months old when we adopted him. I'm happy I got him and saved him just disgusted about the amount I paid for him to be nothing but lied to. If you ever consider buying a pup from here do your research.

We got our Bichon there over 6 years ago. She is such a wonderful little girl. Very healthy, the best thing we ever did was buy her... Our Schnauzer though is a rescue, they are both wonderful dogs. I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Wonderful place to find absolutely perfect pets, toys, pet clothes, food, and an assortment of different things to keep you and your pets happy.. at a great price, too!

We love to take trips to Petland. It is like a mini-zoo. The staff is helpful whenever we need anything for our pets and it is such a fun time for the kids.

They have raffles on their Facebook page (won some free stuff myself) and help adopt out shelter pets from several local animal shelters. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

They do birthday parties for kids, free field trips, and free dog training classes? WOW! Sure it's not the most beautiful or well organized store, but it has some of the best employees around. The pets are all friendly too.

They have much more selection than before and the pets must be going home with new owners because everytime I go in 'Which is once a week to buy food' there are new pets. I must give kudos to the new owners because the store is super clean and the employees seem friendlier and alot more helpful. I'm happy that this store has seen such a big turnaround, even the pets seem happier.

Wow this store is under new owners and what a difference since the first of the year. The store has a whole new look and actually is full of merchandise.

i love this place its awsome. not only do they have a well educated staff the selection of quality puppies is huge. having said this im sure someone will chime in... adopt blah blah blah.... adoption is fine if your okay with a mixed breed dog with no guarantee, etc. its also great for people who dont care what mix their mutt is as long as its free or cheap however if you want a read dog and to actually know what your getting im sure youll have to agree you will not have a problem finding it here
