My Father was at this facility for only 3 days and almost died! If the family had not been their he would have died. He was found in almost a comatose state at 7 A.M. in the morning by my brother, they finally got the doctor in after 9, where he was checked. His sugar was very high, he was very sick and then they had him do physical therapy, even though he told him that he didn't feel well. He went, got a severe headache and they made him do P.T. again. He came back from P.T. and his vital signs were bad. They kept checking him, where he proceeded to go into uncontrollable shaking as he was so very cold and getting worse by the moment. We asked for the doctor, got three blankets and still couldn't keep him warm. Finally, we told them to call an ambulance. His Potassium was dangerously high & he almost died in the emergency room, took 7 hrs. before he was stabilized. Blood pressure was 65/28 and all because of lack of care. I spoke to the head administrator who never called me back.
