We believe that the entire Bible is the verbally inspired, inerrant, and infallible word of God, given by direction of God the Holy Spirit through holy men of God who wrote as they were moved by the Holy Ghost (II Pet. 1:20-21). We believe the Bible to be the final and supreme authority for the holy principles of faith and life (John 17:17). We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that in the flesh He was both God and man, that He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died as a penalty for our sins, was raised from the dead bodily, and ascended to the Father's right hand where He intercedes for believers, and from whence He is coming again personally, bodily, and visibly. We believe that every human being has a sin nature, is guilty of imputed sin, and is also guilty of personal sin. Therefore, all are sinners and under the condemnation of God. They cannot save themselves and therefore, need to be born again (John 3). If they die without experiencing the new birth, they will spend an eternity in Hell. We believe that a person is born again by placing their faith in the finished work of Christ, repenting of their sins, and asking God to save them. We believe that since a person is saved by grace alone through faith alone, once a person is saved, he is saved forever. We believe that saved people should enter into a labor of love for their Savior. Therefore, we believe that a Christian should separate himself from the present world system, and walk in holiness before the Lord. He should grow in grace and knowledge, living a life free from empty, religious bondage. We believe the church exists for the purpose of sharing the exciting message of Christ with our community and with the world. We, therefore, support missionaries around the world.
