I think that the guys at fairway manor did a wonderful jod with the snow removed, thank you for making our life much easier.

I absolutely love the three reviews right on Fairway Manors page. People are finally starting to be honest about what a dump this place is and how poorly taken care of and their total dis-regard to the people supporting their jobs. They are rude and unfriendly to their tenants. The general manager is a legend is his own mind.

I totally agree with the others that said this place is not well kept. It looks nice from the outside, but the luxury apartments are not luxury at all. They have a horrible noisy AC and heating system, old fashioned counters, cheap rugs and fixtures. They raise rent and you get nothing for it. No improvements or updates of any kind. Rental lady thinks she owns the place. You never get full security returned, they deduct for cleaning and rug shampooing which should be paid for by them. It's their place. There are much nicer places around the area where heat is included (not here) You pay your own, that's why rent seems cheaper. They also use a Bayport address to make the place more desirable. This place is in Patchogue.

I recently moved in and my apartment is very nice. Had a couple of issued and they were taken care within the day. Also, I have found the manager to be pleasant and friendly. My only issue has been the snow fall, but if the tenants would move their cars out, then the parking could be plowed. I have been out everyday and there are 5 cars that have not moved since it snowed, so it would make it difficult for plowing. The parking spots are are not assigned, but some seem to think they are their's. All in all I like my place.

Once again...when people live in a complex one of the reasons is so they don't have to do their own maintenance. And while I can understand it being the residents responsibility to get their own cars out it is the complexes responsibility to clear sidewalks and step for the safety of their residents. The steps were not cleared until after 3:00 pm. And even then they only cleared 1/2 the sidewalk left the other half where people have to walk covered in two feet of snow. Winter, spring, summer or fall this place is abominable.

Totally agree with the last review. This is poorly taken care of. The grounds are only maintained from what you can see as you drive through. You would actually have to get out and walk around to see how the rest is neglected and would also see how many apts are empty. The apts haven't been updated since they were built. The "non-luxury" apts are totally neglected. These are not cheap, they're "non-luxury" because there are no washer/dryers, dishwasher or even a microwave. So that is why you are paying less however, they just simply neglect these apts. I have yet to meet a tenant anywhere in this complex who has something good to say about it. And to top it off several apts are overrun with termites, ants among other things.

Not worth the money. Heating and airconditioning very noisy. Prices keep changing each time you check on line. Rent keeps going up, but no improvements.
