      i.Service Auto Tech- Kolton I purchased some gift cards to Best Buy as a Christmas present for my 18yr old daughter to add on for her car stereo. I almost gave up but I went to Store #357 (never been) and I was directed to the Auto service tech named Kolton. This young man was outstanding he knew what he was talking about, and when he wasn't sure he checked his knowledge references. I was so impressed and happy to work with him, he also directed me in the direction of what to buy and what was compatible for my daughters car. He checked on all the prices for me and told me everything he recommended. He also mentioned he had a space available open the next day to install. My daughter picked up her car and was very pleased; I was so pleased with Kolton's customer service and knowledge I recommend him for a raise. I know if I had a business I would want him on my side! Too bad you could not Clone Kolton for all of your Best Buy stores!
