I just attempted to make an appointment at Linden Optometry, Pasadena. The customer service representative rushed me through the process and was very short, rude and unprofessional. I just wanted an eye exam for my family.

What a great selection of frames! The best I've ever seen.

I have received superior service every time that I have visited Linden Opt. Their clinic director Dr. Alan Limfat examines my eyes and my familys. He takes care of us with genuine concern and spends a lot of time with us. We all have high prescriptions and he monitors the health of our eyes. He really is an exceptional eye doctor -- no hype. We usually make an appointment for first thing Saturday mornings so there is no wait.

I've been going to Linden Optometry since I was a kid. Now I trust their eye docs with my kids' eye exams. The docs at Linden are friendly and explain what they are doing without rushing the exam. They also have by far the best selection of eyeglass frames. There is usually a wait on weekends, but not if you go early AM.
