The Tall Grass Arts Association is the only nonprofit art center of it's type in Chicago's South Suburban region. It includes special monthly exhibits, a sales Art Gallery, ongoing art classes, and special events. Events include the September Park Forest Art Fair, lectures, tours and the Beaux Arts Ball. Established in 1956, the Tall Grass Arts Association has been making fine art a part of life in the South Suburbs for more than 48 years. Its purpose is to promote public education and appreciation of the arts, to encourage artists and to support high-quality art through exhibit sales, classes and events.
