I wish Simply the Best was enough to say it all. Dr.Jaime DeSantis and the entire staff ...from him to the people who greet you and those that process you when you leave...the key seems to be Compassion and Understanding. We often arrive distraught and in my case, needed to leave my Baby for the night. I felt as comfortable as is possible when faced with an unknown diagnosis. And everyone there knew how I felt and was there with a kind word and a tissue. To top it all off...I was allowed to call during the night and no one that I spoke with made me feel bothersome with a call. They couldn't have been friendlier and more warm. And of course the best part was picking her up and seeing her bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and feeling just fine. My little Yorkie is my baby and it was a frightening experience so I owe the biggest Thank you to Dr. Jaime DeSantis for seeing to it that she was O.K. You are all why I travel 1 hour back to Oradell for my precious pets. Thank you!!

The staff are extremely kind. Office is the cleanest and most organized I have seen. The doctors have given clear options and treatment considerations without pushing the more expensive options for my dog with nasal cancer. When I put my other dog to rest a few years back the staff were very supportive with my loss and my Dr. Even sent a sympathy card. With the best trained doctors. Educated from top veterinary schools such as Cornell, I recommend Oradell to anyone with an emergency or more complicated pet illness.

I love Oradell Animal Hospital they saved my dog life. They did surgery on my dog Kelly because a chewy bone was stuck in her intestines. After the surgery she remained in the hospital for one week. When I used to call everyone was very professional and nice and never made me feel uncomfortable and always answered my questions. They made sure that my dog was well and safe before they sent her home they took good care of her. When I picked her up to bring her home she even smelled nice because they gave her a bath. I highly recommend this hospital I would definitely go back.

Top notch. Solved chronic problem my senior cocker had, that no one else could seem to fix. Will rely on this veterinary in the future for all my pets needs.

Doctors here are very attentive, and very caring. My dog of 12 years passed away at this hospital (R.I.P) and the staff was very supportive and understanding through the entire process. If you love your pet, bring them to this hospital. I can't stress that enough.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It's a beautiful facility and the staff is just the nicest I've ever had contact with (this is including human hospitals). We had to bring our cat in one night to eventually get put down, and the doctor was just the kindest, most understanding woman in the world. She let us take as much time as we needed, laid out all our options, and was truly kind when we decided the most humane thing to do was put him down. This was a very difficult time for me and my family, and having such lovely staff around made it infinitely easier. If you have an emergency, GO! You won't regret it.

Every visit is a pleasant experience. Staff & doctors are amazing. They are filled with compassion & patience. My puppy had surgery (spay & dental work) & everyone I encountered was nice & professional. They even gave a cute picture of her there on the discharge paperwork.

I have had a few recent occassions to utilize both the emergency facility for pets as well as the standard animal hospital and have to say that I could not be more impressed. I wish that Human emergency rooms were as fast and as efficent as this facility is. The service for my pets was way above par and fast. In addition the follow up from the facility relative to how my animals are doing was fantastic.

When it comes to taking care of an emergency situation, the doctors & staff at Oradell Animal Hospital are highly professional, well organized and determined to put your mind at ease. They seem to be ready for any emergency.

We have nothing but great things to say about Oradell. Dr. Dennis Bailey and Dr. Deborah Hall saved our beloved Golden - Angelika - on two occasions. We always go to Dr. Buchholz at Maywood for routine care, but he referred us to Dr. Bailey when he discovered a large mass in Angie's chest last November. We saw Dr. Bailey and he was so wonderful. Dr. Fettig performed the difficult surgery and Dr. Bailey oversaw the care that nursed her back to health. She developed kidney failure and Dr. Hall and Dr. Eirmann got her through that and to a place where we have been able to manage her kidney failure for almost a year. Throughout, Dr. Bailey, Dr. Hall, Dr. Eirmann and Dr. Buchholz have worked as a team to get her healthy. We are so grateful for their help.

Very professional, clean, and welcoming facility. This hospital saved my 2.5 month old puppy's life. You are paying for top notch care for a family member! The cost of my pet's life was worth what we spent for treatment!

Dr Bucciarelli is simply the best. She is compassionate, empathetic, thorough, patient, kind, and best of all, reachable (she quickly answered the phone EVERY TIME I called, repeatedly, early and late in the day). This is very, very hard to find in vets. The other staff I've dealt with have also been professional, patient, courteous and efficient.

ALL I CAN SAY IS the second time I have used them it was OUTSTANDING. Sadly this morning I have to bring my loving Layla to them as she passed away. there staff is so caring and I must say SYLVIA and JACKIE are a true asset to the Hospital. I had an emergency with my dog while I was visiting New Jersey, and I can't say enough great things about this place. While it's definitely not going to be cheap to stop into this place, but you honestly get what you pay for at Oradell Animal Hospital!! The doctors are extremely nice and helpful, especially when you've got a difficult decision to make. They're open around the clock, offer far more services than typical emergency hospitals, and go out of they're way to keep you up to date on whats going on with your pet with it's in hospital. Love this place!

I brought my cat Luna in to see Dr. Brown because she had been having some difficulties with her left eye. The front desk staff was very accommodating about getting an appointment on short notice. Dr. Brown diagnosed the problem and took a non-invasive approach due to my cat's age and general health. He explained things clearly and did not make the appointment feel rushed. He and all those who I saw for my cat's care were very kind. I will go back to them for further follow up and will recommend them as well.

The service at oradell is wonderful. Very people. Once you enter your being taken cared of right away. There is also a fantastic, comfortable waiting area for you and your furry friend(s).

I have been bringing my pets to Oradell Animal Hospital for many years. The care we have received has been exceptional. The hospital is a beautiful, immaculate state of the art facility with an incredible staff.

Dr. Carberry who is a brilliant doctor and surgeon has been our veterinarian. She is as talented as she is deeply compassionate and caring. My dog Jasmine has had many diagnostic challenges. Dr. Carberry has created miracles with Jasmine. Her commitment to her patients and their families is truly amazing. She has the most magnificent staff (Dawne, Joli and Stephanie) that support us with anything we need. They go above and beyond for us. All the administrative, reception and medical staff at Oradell have been terrific. There are fantastic specialists to consult with for every medical issue.

Recently, Jasmine had to have emergency liver surgery. Dr. Carberry saved her life and continues to. Jasmine received outstanding treatment during her hospitalization. The staff, the doctors, and the facility were wonderful. We were kept updated constantly of her progress and were able to visit her. I am truly grateful to have a place like Oradell Animal Hospital.
