After graduating with a degree in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University, Chef Jimmy found work under some of the world's most renowned chefs, including Mario Batali and Nino D'Urso, where he was able to both perfect traditional arts and hone his own creativity. In the spirit of authentic Italian cuisine, he uses only the freshest ingredients including seasonal produce, in his creations.
