I can't say enough about this store. The sales ladies were extremely busy and at first I was concerned because there were a lot of people and a wait list for dressing rooms. But was that not even a concern. Once our group (we had 4 girls and 3 mamas) got in dressing rooms the staff were right there, helping to lace up our girls, getting different colors or styles, offering tips. We came from Tallahassee and because of storm issues were later than what we had anticipated, but they were very accomodating to us. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for that special occasion dress. All of the girls left with a beautiful dress (one even with some jewelry too) and they are going to look absolutely spectacular come prom day. Thank you Dream Gowns for making our prom dress dreams come true! I promise we will be back and will spread the word!

Dream Gowns was a NIGHTMARE for me. I rush ordered a bridesmaid dress for an Al wedding.I NEVER received a call/message that my dress had arrived. I called to inquire & found out that the dress had been sitting in shop for 4 days (note I paid an additional $60 to rush, so they knew time was of the essence)The inexperienced girl that took the call said "We tried to call on Monday (it was Friday at this point), but the phone messed up".No apology that no attempt had been made to call me on Tues, Wed, Thurs, or FriI pick up the dress ($180.00) size 12...I ordered an 8--HUGE difference.No offer to provide alterations, rather excuses that it was not their problemI contacted Alfred Angelo who agreed, based on my measurements (taken by NIGHTMARE GOWNS) I was an 8I had to pay another $65 for rush alterations.I finally spoke with the owner that agreed to credit me for the rush charge, coming only after I froze the cc transaction.BEWARE: DreamGowns was a NIGHTMARE for me.
