Worst floral service experience ever encountered. Owner and staff rude and quick with expletives.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST TO ANYONE. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE. I placed a Mother's Day order... (More) DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST TO ANYONE. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE. I placed a Mother's Day order for delivery by 3pm on 05-12-2006, the point of delivery was less than two miles from this florist, delivery was confirmed to be no problem. I called that afternoon to discover they were not delivered. Anytime you call the store direct, you get rerouted to a call center whom take a message and forward it to the store. I was assured next day delivery to my mothers residence, almost 13 miles away;still did not get delivered. My mother did not get her flowers for the first time almost 18 years. I called again, 05-15-2006 only to be forwarded to the call center. When I finally received the call, I was in a meeting, I placed the call on speaker and everyone could overhear the individual tell me that I was not getting my money back and to figure out what I was going to do, he hung up. He called again laughing and using expletives while two others listened to him on speakerphone.  (Hide)
