Had car towed 5-10miles (depending on route) to their lot. cost 275. Over priced poor service. Profit is defintly their Motto not service. If you havent got an idea about car related stuff beware.

I have taken my car there twice for two different issues. The service was friendly, fast and price was very reasonable. They know their business I appreciate the job they did on my car and would recommend them in fact I already have. I waited both times while they worked on my car I was completely happy with the experience. It is a shop where mechanics who know what their doing work on cars. It's not spotless nor does it have all the frills of the big chains but I would rather pay to have my car worked on and done right than sit in a big spotless waiting room listening to music which comes with a much higher bill and where they always find other things wrong with your car than the reason you came in for. I called AAA this am and they sent a tow truck out to get me. Not only did it arrive fast but the gentleman was very polite and he recommended several shops not only his. This made me feel comfortable in choosing his, because he was n't trying to sell me to his shop.

They were fast and friendly. They helped me get back on the road quick and for a good price! I definitly recommend them!!!!!

I didn't think anyone ever wrote reviews. I Am glad I read these before doing any business at this is establishment. Thanks for the advise.

I read the previous review so i though i would give this place a chance. I needed my car towed for some repairs so i called steve white. A few days later my car was towed, over 2 weeks later i picked up my car -only a few repairs made and a very large bill. Doesnt sound like good bussiness to me!

The best! I drove my car in a drainage ditch and they came out, sized it up, used some old towing secrets with fulcrums and leverage and extracted it damage free. Nice people, too.

A few days ago i had my car towed by this company. Not only was i over charged but my door was scratched. When i asked them about it i was told i couldnt prove anything so there wasnt anything i could do about it. How do companies like this stay in bussiness?

Wish i had read these reviews before taking my car here for service- lesson learned. The shop is very run down and the staff was not friendly. Where have all the good bussiness in palmetto gone? I was very disappointed.

This place was recommended To me for a few minor repairs but 6 days later i had a 950 dollar bill and still needed some things fixed-not such good advise.

My car was towed by steve white a few months ago and not only was i over charged but i was treated poorly. A few days ago my battery died and aaa sent a different towing company-what a difference!

So I had my car in there and I was so happy that it was done so fast, until I looked at the bill for $800 for a sending unit. And then got home and noticed a scratch on my car and someones greasy hand prints around the scratch. very nice people but I beg to differ on the work.

They tow and repair!! My temp gauge was broken so my coolant boiled. I could have driven to a mechanic but I didn't know that and was afraid to do real damage. The shop has it's own tow truck and they do great work. PLUS!!! if you don't know anything about cars you don't have to be afraid =) They will be 100% honest (or at least I felt they were) and if you do need work done they stand behind it. I'm not saying that just from my own experience; I waited while the repairs were done so I got to hear them deal with several other people. It wasn't the "yeah, you might be able to get by without fixing it but you might also die in a fiery inferno". I heard things like "I saw "insert thing" was "insert type of damage" so I went ahead and changed it out and we're not going to charge you". Maybe the thing was cheap and easy to fix since they were already doing something else but still....Not all mechanics think like that
