This had to be the worse shopping experience I have ever had for trying to buy a pair of shoes I have visited the store half a dozen times only to find I can't ever find my size or any salesperson to help me. I finally went to customers service and was told to use a phone there. No luck. Finally a young man helped me and made a phone call and told me I could drive to Santa Clarita because they had my size and my choice of shoe there. Like really, I'm 77 and drive a 16yr old car and have spent the best part of my day at a Kaiser hospital and I'm going to drive that far for shoes...I don't think so...anyway if it hadn't been for the very nice young man trying to help me I would of left in tears...keep your sales, coupons etc. and I will shop elsewhere.
