At Hair By Carmen, they always know how to make you feel beautiful. I always get compliments on my hair, thanks to my stylist. I can always count on her to make me look good and feel better. Not to mention, their service is amazing! As soon as you walk in the door, they greet you with a friendly smile and make sure you're comfortable. If you're not happy with your service, they will redo your hair completely for free, but I can't imagine anyone ever being unhappy with their hair! It is definitely one of my favorite places!
