My dad went to this facility in March of this year for rehabilitation. The staff has done nothing as far as helping him get better, he actually seemed to get worse. Medicine was not given or withheld, I questioned them several times about a psychiatrist and was told they didn't have one at the time. I took belongings to him and they were stolen or misplaced. His last trip to the hospital his wallet was stolen and when I brought it up to the director her attitude was very unprofessional and didn't even offer to make a report about it. She also didn't offer to reimburse us for all the things they supposedly lost that was his. I decided he was better off at home with me. The last straw though was when the director herself gave us his medicine, that was supposed last the rest of the month, we find that she didn't give us all of it. He was shorted on his insulin pens, and they didn't even bother giving him his nytro for his heart or his inhalers, and they had another patients prescription tags in with his with their information on them. I was very angry. This place doesn't help people and the owner needs to do some investigating of his facility. Someone should sue for all the false advertising on their website because this place is nothing like what it says it is.

As soon as my husband and I entered this place I new my mother would not be staying here. The lobby was do dark and

dirty. It was very depressing. The staff was not friendly. The

owner needs to vist his property.
