We visited Diamond Lake in April 2009,and found that this campground was NOT at all what it was advertised as on the internet.We had called and made our reservations and the lady who we spoke with told us she had given us a camping spot by the playground,it was a 50 amp,but that was ok because we wanted to be by the playground,and according to the map online it was.When we pulled into our spot...THERE WAS NO PLAYGROUND, the playground was at the entrance of the park.Not only was there no playground where THERE MAP said it was,but our camper was to big for the site, and the lady assured us when making reservations, it would in deed fit.When we asked the staff member about this when we checked out, they said "Our map is a little outdated"(A little?more than 1/2 is not what it states).The staff was NOT concerned ABOUT OUR ACCOMMODATIONS,now that they had our money,it was OUR PROBLEM!The Restaurant that they say they have was VACANT. What they have online, IS FALSE! DON'T STAY AT THIS DUMP
