I drive all the way from Binghamton to shop at Johnson's Pools. Everyone that works there bends over backwards to help. They are very cheerful, very knowledgable about their products and give great helpful advise. I want to mention that I didn't buy my pool there, I didn't think there would be much difference. I had a hard time having the former pool company come back and fix hat wasn't done properly in the first place. That was a very frustrating experience.

I bought a pool from a pool company in the next county over, but after they were paid the follow up service and support was simply awful. I found Johnson's from a friend's recomendation, and I went to their store. Every single person there was so helpful and sweet. They didnt seem to care where we bought our pool, they just wanted to help us enjoy it the best we could. I wish I would have purchased from Johnson's to begin with. I would recomend them in the future.
